Taylor Swift to Change How She Picks Her Men

Based solely on her title as the reigning queen of the breakup song, Taylor Swift has been rather unlucky in love as of late. However, she plans to fix all that be switching up how she picks her victims. Erm, boyfriends.

"My friends tease me about the fact that if someone seems bad or shady or like they have a secret, I find them incredibly interesting," she explained to InStyle, saying she has plans to "sit it out for a while" while she tries to figure out just what she wants in a partner.

She went on to admit that she hasn't been in a relationship "in a long time." And since she's Taylor Swift, we'll allow nine months to equate to a long time.

"That’s just a phase I’ve been in lately. I don’t think this should be how I proceed in life. It’s important to be self-aware about these things because you don’t want to end up with that guy."

Swift added, "I’d like to think if you’re with the right person, you just feel great about things you’ve never felt great about before.  At least that’s how I’ve heard it’s supposed to be. I wouldn’t know."
