Actress Tammin Sursok, best known for her work as the "is she or isn't she evil?" Jenna on the hit drama Pretty Little Liars gave birth to her first child yesterday (Oct. 8), a baby girl she named Phoenix Emmanuel.

Which means that there's a brand new generation of Liars in town.

A rep confirmed to Us Weekly that the baby's full name is Phoenix Emmanuel Sursok-McEwen and that she came in at 9 pounds, 12 ounces.

Gushed Tammin on her Twitter account, "Everyone is happy and healthy. A gift from God today. Pure love." While her husband adorably chimed in with, "Beyond blessed... What a day."

The interestingly named Phoenix is the first baby for Sursok and her husband, actor/director Sean McEwen. Mazel tov!
