T-Mobile to Sidekick Customers: We probably lost all your data

My friend Alex of Nosuch.org and Angry Alex has been b*tching about T-Mobile and his Sidekick for weeks now. Unfortunately, we just got the worst possible scenario if you are a T-Mobile Sidekick user: all your info is gone. T-Mobile advises its users not to turn off their devices, reset or remove the battery -- because that's the only place your data is stored in right now. Wow. Alex has every reason to be angry now.
