T is for Therapy
Walking to the subway this morning, I met Tevon, one of the friendly guys at Time Machine, the comics store in the West Village I visit every week. (It's been described as a little messy by this web page.) “T” likes to sell me comics, but I've been trying to control my spending recently so I've been ignoring his advances. He did get me hooked on both JLA and Transformers/G.I. Joe.
On the bus I thought, what a superfluous thing to write about, but I thought: well, my life isn't realy the center of the universe, probably it's these little things that make my life somewhat interesting. (That and the fact that I actually wore a buttoned down shirt to work this morning).
I saw a new therapist last week (don't know why), but he wants me to get back to taking my medication. Of course, I'm rebeling, and probably will not take his well-meaning advice. I just don't want to be drugged right now. I'll cry to Kenny G if I have to but no drugs for a while. I'll have issues just trying to remember to take that goddam pill.
My new hobby: making Christmas cards.
