Cole Horibe, a contestant on Season 9 of So You Think You Can Dance, has parlayed his time on the hit reality show into a career in theater!
Horibe is set to star as Bruce Lee in Kung Fu, an Off-Broadway show featuring choreography from So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Sonya Tayeh. In this behind-the-scenes look at the theatrical production, Horibe prepares for the role of the iconic martial arts star, taking part in a photoshoot that draws upon Horibe's considerable resemblance to the late legend. Also of note: dude is in SERIOUSLY good shape. I mean, yeah, if you're a dancer, you pretty much have to be. But still, Cole is just outrageously fit. Official description: An exhilarating portrait of international icon Bruce Lee's journey from troubled Hong Kong youth to martial arts legend, KUNG FU blends dance, Chinese opera, martial arts and drama into a bold new theatrical form.
