Syesha Mercado sued by manager for $300K
The Book of Mormon star and former The One: Making a Music Star and American Idol finalist Syesha Mercado has been sued by her ex-manager for $300,000.
TMZ reports that Fred Crawford, who became Syesha's manager after her stint on Idol, booked Syesha for her current gig on The Book of Mormon on Broadway which pays her $40,000 a month.
Syesha however cut off all communication with Crawford and didn't pay him as soon as she signed the contract. He is now suing for his cut.
