Switched at Birth - Recap - Season 3 Episode 10 - The Ambush

Field hockey takes a front seat in tonight's new episode of Switched at Birth.

Read on for our recap of season 3 episode 10 "The Ambush" here:

The upcoming match against Buckner is the biggest field hockey game of the year. Buckner starts the tension by spewing garbage all over Carlton and leaving a goat on their front steps. Wanting to retaliate, Bay (Vanessa Marano) enlists the help of Tank (Max Adler) to vandalize Buckner's statue.

This back and forth makes the game pretty tense which isn't great for Sharee. Toby (Lucas Grabeel) wants to help her get a scholarship for sports and to do that, she needs to play her best. Ultimately, the girls lose by 5 points but they proved they shouldn't be underestimated.

Toby is doing well as a coach and it seems he's found his place in life. Unfortunately, so has his wife, Nikki. She's back in town and she announces she's been offered a job in Africa. Their marriage isn't going to last much longer. Is it even a marriage when one half of the couple is on another continent the whole time?

Daphne (Katie LeClerc) still struggles with deciding between Jorge and Campbell (RJ Mitte) and even creates a pro/con list to help her decide. What's the point? We all know where this is going. Even though his wheelchair can be difficult, Daphne ultimately ends up in his arms...and also on his lap.

Regina (Constance Marie) is doing well at her new job. So well that she is given a fancy new car as a bonus. But at what cost? Her douchey boss makes her convince the small businesses of East Riverside to sell. Regina finds out too late that her new boss, who won't even let her go to Daphne's game, is screwing these people out of money.

Bay apologizes to Tank for what she did and it's not long before the two of them are making out on his bed. Tank attempts to go to the next level and Bay stops him. He gets all pissy like a typical guy and Bay leaves. Bay then has a great conversation with Regina that I think is so perfect for young girls watching.

"I felt like I owed it to him." Girl! No you don't. And you're not a prude either.

Bay wonders if Tank can be the guy she wants him to be. But what about Ty? Actually, what about Emmett (Sean Berdy)? Bay helps Emmett with framing a picture his online girlfriend Mandy took. She then discovers that the picture is actually copyrighted and Mandy never took it at all. Now Bay has to decide whether or not to tell Emmett he's probably being Catfished.
