Survivor: Redemption Island - Their Red-Headed Stepchild - Recap

Summary: Matt and Krista duel on Redemption Island and bond over a luxury item. Back at camp, Phillip seeks to weaken Rob's powerful alliance.

Matt and Krista pray together on Redemption Island. Can Krista get into Matt's head?

Andrea and Natalie from Ometepe, and Julie and Mike from Zapatera watch Krista and Matt duel on Redemption Island Arena. It's a table maze.

Matt wins again after trailing in the beginning. Yay! Go Matt! Krista leaves her bible with Matt. Awww.

Zapatera:

David makes a move to ally with Stephanie, so they could get rid of Sarita. But Stephanie needs to suck it up with her other tribe mates. She kinda succeeded!

Ometepe:

Phillip is freaking out over Ashley and Natalie for not helping with the chores. LOL.

Reward / Immunity Challenge: Slingshot game

Ometepe won immunity! They also won a picnic! Wow. They creamed Zapatera. I'm a bit shocked at that result. Looks like the Zapatera 6 are indeed in trouble moving forward.

Ometepe:

At the reward picnic, Grant finds the clue to the hidden immunity idol.

Phillip is insane! He calls his alliance with the guys "Stealth R Us" but is resentful that Rob and Grant hid the clue from him initially. OMG, he's a piece of work. Another casting win. But really, he's unstable.

Zapatera:

Sarita does not want to campaign for herself, Stephanie and David work the tribe hard to get rid of her. It's trust (Sarita) vs. strength in challenges (Stephanie).

Tribal Council:

Votes:

Sarita - 2
Stephanie - 4

Stephanie is voted off and sent to Redemption Island. So trust wins, but is it enough?

Go Rob!
