Survivor: Redemption Island - The Buddy System - Recap

A double elimination episode on Survivor: Redemption Island!

Aw, the poor Zapatera tribe members are helpless. Ralph tries to make a deal with Ashley and Natalie.

Rob imposes a "buddy system" on the Ometepe tribe to keep them tight. Hahaha.

Immunity Challenge: Obstacle course with water spitting and tetris blocks

Grant wins immunity!

Tribal Council: Rob and Ometepe are worried that someone on the Zapatera tribe might have a new hidden immunity idol.

Results:

Phillip: 5
Mike: 6

Mike is voted off and sent to Redemption Island to face Matt.

Immunity Challenge / Reward: Steve and Phillip decide not to participate and eat cheeseburgers!

Andrea wins immunity! She, Ashley and Natalie were the last three, but the other girls gave it to her.

Over at Murlonio, Rob instructs Ometepe not to eat the "dead" fish that Zapatera caught. Hmmm. Wow, this episode really revealed how Rob is controlling the game.

Tribal Council: More Phillip antics - Stealth R Us!

Results:

Rob: 4
David: 6

David is voted off and sent to Redemption Island to face Matt and Mike.

The once proud and arrogant Zapatera 6 are now down to 3.

I wonder how Redemption Island will affect the game now. I have a funny feeling Rob might get a major blindside -- but by whom? Is that even possible?
