Survivor: Redemption Island - It Don't Take a Smart One - Recap
Summary: Matt and Stephanie duel on Redemption Island, and information gathered there results in some castaways questioning tribal loyalty.
Zapatera:
David and Sarita continue to be at odds after Tribal Council.
Redemption Island:
At Redemption Island Arena, Rob and Phillip from Ometepe (Rob needs to "chaperone" Phillip because he runs his mouth a lot) and David and Ralph from Zapatera watch the duel of Matt and Stephanie. It's a memory matching game...
Matt is the golden boy! He won for the fifth time in a row. Amazing.
Ometepe:
Boston Rob throws Phillip under the bus even further in the tribe when Phillip asks if they should keep the information from the duel from the rest of the tribe.
Phillip wants a scoop of crispy rice (the rice at the bottom of the pan) and the tribe doesn't want to give him any. LOL! He's so angry! Tantrum!
Zapatera:
Everybody hates David now. They even suspect that he will switch when they merge.
Reward / Immunity Challenge: Another obstacle course.
Phillip really slowed down Ometepe. Boston Rob was so amazing in pushing him through some of the obstacles! What a team player.
Sarita slowed down Zapatera in the beginning and was replaced by David in unhooking the bags of balls. This enabled them to get a big lead on Ometepe. However, Grant was able to shoot the balls in the basket straight and Ometepe won immunity.
Plus, they win: A meal on the top of a volcano. They were flown by helicopter.
Ometepe:
At the reward, Rob finds the clue to the hidden immunity idol again -- then throws it in the volcano. Hahaha. Awesome.
Zapatera:
The tribe chooses between David and Sarita. Personally I don't really care. They lost all these challenges in the row because of hubris. They threw a challenge to get rid of Evil Russell and they've been playing "for the merge" too early and are now outnumbered. How stupid was that?
Tribal Council:

Sarita - 4

Sarita: "I wish I had brought my stuff." I think her pride was hurt more than anything.
Next week: Matt is injured! Noooo! And... the tribes MERGE. Rob needs to survive!
