SPOILERS

The game took an interesting turn as the two tribes merged, and old and secret alliances reared their ugly heads. Further complicating things: for the immunity challenge, the tribe gets divided into two. Ouch.

It's great to see the overlapping alliances unfold right now instead of later, and what is quite clear is that Earl and Alex are the masterminds of this game.

As much as I like Mookie, there's a reason why -- 1. He's been to almost every single tribal council, and 2. Of the people left, he's the only one not to experience the Moto tribe's luxury -- He's the worst player in this game! Ughh. I feel like I need to remove my shirt, wear a buff and swim to Fiji and help him myself. Guess whose team lost in the immunity challenge? Mookie's. It's actually amazing that he's survived every tribal he's been to.

Some mistakes: 1. Not recognizing that he is really not a great physical player, which should have made him play the political game a bit better; 2. Joining the Alex-alliance too early and willingly; 3. Throwing Rocky under the bus (as a result of Alex) who in hindsight was Mookie's strongest alliance; 4. And by default forced to hook up with Dreamz, another player without a strategy; 5. Telling Dreamz about the immunity idol -- major game-changing blunder -- that's how weak Mookie is.

Although, Mookie and Dreamz originally had discussed that they would vote out Stacy, Dreamz cast a vote for Michelle which led to her elimination. I'm interested to see what reasons Dreamz had or he was just too weak-minded that he followed Alex's no to subtle suggestion during tribal. In the next episode we will see that Mookie flips out, but that's really because he's not in control of this game and he's painfully finding out. Dreamz meanwhile will retaliate by telling both Cassandra and Earl (his true alliance) that Mookie has an idol. Ah yes, the petty fights that will cost you a million dollars. Mookie can still screw Alex over by keeping the immunity idol to himself so he can still change the game, but that's going to be a bloodbath. Meanwhile the balance of power between Alex and Earl is still uncertain, even if Earl got weakened with the loss of Michelle.
