Sons of Anarchy will most likely end in one season with number seven, but that doesn't mean fans should fear the reaper. In fact, it may get new life in a spinoff.

Teased creator Kurt Sutter at the Sons for Sandy Relief event in Asbury Park, NJ on Sunday (Nov. 10), "I've had discussions with the network about it, and I think they are open to it."

"I think there is something really interesting about the origins of the club. And to do a period piece set in the '60s, post-Vietnam could be kind of cool. I don't think we would dovetail and start right after the series ended, but it's something I'm potentially excited about it."

As for the event itself, the actors raised $66,000 for the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund and Staten Strong. On hand were Sutter, his wife Katey Sagal (Gemma Teller Morrow), Kim Coates (Tig Trager) and Theo Rossi (Juice).

Said Rossi, a native of Staten Island for the reasoning behind the event, "Our fans are so important to us. They keep showing up for us, every season, every episode. Kurt is from Jersey and I thought this was such an incredible idea to show the fans how much we appreciating them and do what we do, give back."

D'aaaawww. We knew those Sons were big softies.
