So You Think You Can Dance Conference Call with Iveta, Nick and Wadi

I listened in on the So You Think You Can Dance Conference Call for eliminated contestants Nick Young, Iveta Lukosiute and Wadi Jones this morning. Missy Morelli was missy-ing. :)

Wadi was in the airport already (so soon!) and his line was a bit noisy, but I was able to write some notes:

Wadi said that the Cha Cha was the most difficult dance for him.

I felt that Iveta and Nick were quite bitter at their elimination as they said that it was a bit unfair that not everyone got to be outside of their comfort zone for the past two weeks. Also, Iveta said that the judges got rid of dancers with the most diverse styles on the show (ballroom, tap, running) which is ironic because they would potentially have the "most growth" on the show.

Looking back, having a non-elimination last week, Nick was upset that it led to their going home early.

Iveta plans to open a dance studio in New York soon, and Nick wants to pursue a dancing career on Broadway.

Do you guys agree that it was an unfair elimination last night? People get eliminated every week so I don't know why they didn't even see that as a possibility every Thursday.
