Slipknot Bassist Rushed To Hospital In Middle Of Concert (VIDEO)

The bassist of Slipknot, Alessandro "VMan" Venturella, was taken away by ambulance during a concert in Hartfort, CT on Sunday. The band played a few songs then abruptly stopped and went backstage.

They returned without Venturella and lead singer Corey Taylor told the audience: "I'm sorry to say that our bass player, Alex, had... something happened."

Still unclear on what did happened.

Slipknot's original bassist, Paul Gray, died in 2010.
