Skyler Samuels Joins 'American Horror Story: Freak Show'

We're less than a month away from the premiere of American Horror Story: Freak Show, but the cast still isn't done expanding just yet.

The Nine Lives of Chloe King star Skyler Samuels has joined the cast in a recurring role that is described only as "a local who finds herself in a tough situation." So yeah, not a whole lot of details on her character, although one would expect it to be a colorful role considering just how colorful this series is shaping up to be. In the main cast alone, we've got Sarah Paulson as conjoined twins, Angela Bassett as a three-breasted lady, and Kathy Bates as a bearded woman. In short, it's more of the same from the series, but -- well, freakier.

American Horror Story: Freak Show premieres Oct. 8 at 10:00 PM ET on FX.
