In an interview, Simon Cowell says Miley Cyrus and his former American Idol pals Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson would be his dream panel on The X Factor.

Cowell told Mashable, "I would pick Paula and Randy from American Idol — they were my favorite judges because we had an incredible time together. It was never planned to be what it became, and it was really special.”

On the third pick, he said it would need to be someone "really fun to watch." In my opinion, no one on the show yet has met this qualification. He said, "I recently met Miley Cyrus, and I really liked her. She has an opinion for sure."

According to Mashable, The X Factor is FOX's most social show, totaling in about 5 million comments across networking sites in the past three months. For the past three broadcast seasons, FOX, with 8 million comments for the fall season, leads ABC (6.7) and NBC (7.4).
