Simon Cowell will leave American Idol after 2010 says his brother

Simon Cowell's brother Tony Cowell says that American Idol Season 9 will be Simon's last.

He confirmed it in his radio podcast while "vacationing in the Caribbean with his family" where a press statement is being prepared.

Simon will concentrate on bringing X Factor to the U.S. in 2011. No news on the panel of judges for that show yet.

OMG OMG OMG - It's finally going to happen.
