Simon Cowell, Chris Richardson - Virginia Tech Controversy

Yup. Simon did raise his eyebrows after Chris Richardson's remarks about Virginia Tech. Also, Chris was given the go ahead to say his feelings about the tragedy since Seacrest knew what Chris was about to say and told him to say it quickly. Boo Simon. We love you but you were extra bitchy last night, and the whole cynicism was uncalled for. Simon did say something during Blake's critique for damage control which I accept as sincere.

Damn. American Idol is supposed to be fun. I don't know how all this negativity has taken over the show. C'mon fans! Let's bring the love back! I try my best every week to make it fun for everyone, but some guys just take this way too seriously in a bad way.

Go Sanjaya! Go Cake! Go Nasal!
