Original Post:

Chris Colfer has been let go from Glee the actor announced on Twitter today. What a shock!

He wrote:

Due to personal issues, I have been let go from the cast of GLEE. Explanations will come shortly...

Colfer has been on the show since Season 1 and I was hoping he would be on for the final season. This is all very difficult to digest, specially since "explanations coming" is so cryptic! If he used "let go" then it can only be a bad thing. And "personal issues" can only be bad too.

Stay tuned!

UPDATE: THR reports that Chris Colfer's Twitter account has been hacked and he will be back on the final season of Glee after all! OMG!

From THR:

Colfer's manager tells THR that the star's verified Twitter account has been hacked and that the actor will indeed be back for the final season of the Fox musical. The actor's publicist tells THR that Colfer is on a mid-Atlantic flight without WiFi access and not immediately available to update his Twitter account.

Glee producers and FOX are all saying now that Chris Colfer leaving the show is not true.

What a relief!
