Shia LaBeouf Might Be Sued for Plagiarism, Plagiarizes Apology

Something tells us Shia LaBeouf hasn't learned anything about his recent string of plagiarism accusations if he keeps insisting on plagiarizing his apologies.
It all started when Shia plagiarized the 2007 comic book Justin M. Damiano, written by Daniel Clowes and passed the concept and dialogue off as his directorial debut with the short film HowardCantour.com. As expected, Clowes (author of Ghost World) is none too happy about the situation and is currently looking into his legal options.
Because wouldn't you if Shia LaBeouf stole your idea and then was praised for it?
As Clowes said in a statement about LaBeouf's recent attempts to save face by apologizing:His apology is a non-apology, absolving himself of the fact that he actively misled, at best, and lied, at worst, about the genesis of the film. No one ‘assumes’ authorship for no reason. He implied authorship in the film credits itself, and has gone even further in interviews. He clearly doesn’t get it, and that’s disturbing. I’m not sure if it’s more disturbing that he plagiarized, or that he could rationalize it enough to think it was OK and that he might actually get away with it. Fame clearly breeds a false sense of security.Added Clowes' publisher Eric Reynolds of the situation:
LaBeouf changed the name of the main character, but he used the comic as a direct script and storyboard. Clowes has a real melodramatic voice that is very idiosyncratic and LaBeouf just used the dialogue word for word. There is no ambiguity. There is no way that anybody wrote this but Dan Clowes. It just defies any kind of logic or good sense. This was so blatant and inexcusable that it was as baffling as it was appalling.Shia continued to backtrack on Twitter yesterday (Dec. 18) albeit with more plagiarized apologies from other sources, because he's learned nothing.
He's trolling us this time, right? He has to be. TROLOLOLOLO?

As the Film Stages quickly learned, the first missive is taken from Tiger Woods statement during his sex scandal and reads, "I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart."

This apology was from General Robert McNamara, who wrote in his 1995 memoir, "We were wrong, terribly wrong. We owe it to future generations to explain why."

Did we mention that LaBeouf also stole Kanye West's apology to Taylor Swift. Because that's stolen too. After interrupting her speech at the VMAs Kanye tweeted, "It starts with this... I'm sorry Taylor."
Dude Shia, give up now.
