Shia LaBeouf Claims His Recent Antics Have Been 'Performance Art'

In case you were wondering, Shia LaBeouf has not gone crazy and lost his mind, he's just been participating in "performance art."
Also, he may or may not be the Queen of England.
In a series of lengthy notes shared on his Twitter account, LaBeouf writes about using Twitter as art, specficially his recent use of it as "performance art," or rather, Performance a#RT.

Our favorite part is when he claims his plagiarism scandal helped him to create a "broad cultural discussion that needs to be had about plagiarism in the digital age & celebrity/social media absurdity."

He also helpfully added -- once he was done with his ridiculous explanation which could have been summed up as, "Hahahaha, I trolled you world!" -- to his account:

Which is of course a reference to his recent bar fight in which he headbutted a stranger.
Although none of this explains that time he took acid and talked to an imaginary owl.
