Shia LaBeouf Will Stare at You for Free at His Art Installation #IAMSORRY

After wearing a paper bag over his head at his most recent film premiere and walking out of a press conference, Shia LaBeouf has opened an art installation in Los Angeles.

Said installation is titled #IAMSORRY, which is the skywritten apology he sent to author Daniel Clowes for plagiarizing his graphic novel in his short film HowardCantour.com

According to a press release for the event, "Shia LaBeouf is sorry. Sincerely sorry. He will be in situ at 7354 Beverly Boulevard for the duration. Implements will be provided. Free admission."

The Hollywood Reporter attended the installation and said it begins with guests walking into the gallery and being greeted by a woman who asks you to choose an object from a table of "implements."

These implements are objects associated with Shia's film career, including: pliers, whiskey, a Transformers toy, an Indiana Jones' whip, flowers, a book of poetry, chocolate, a ukulele, an anthology of the work of Daniel Clowe's and a glass with twitter comments printed on them.

Guests then enter a room with Shia sitting at a table with that same paper bag reading "I Am Not Famous Anymore" on his head. You sit across from him and do what you desire with your chosen implement while he sits across from you and refuses to acknowledge any questions aimed at him.

According to multiple reports, he silently cries while doing this.

LaBeouf's art piece will be open to the general public for one week (starting today, Feb. 11) at a gallery on Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles from 11AM PST to 6PM PST.
