Sharon Osborne donates $15,000 to young father with terminal cancer

In the spirit of the holiday season, Sharon Osborne donated $15,000 to a young UK father who has terminal cancer.

Osborne, who won her battle against colon cancer in 2002, was moved by the story of Ryan Glenny who married his girlfriend, Cola, on his hospital bed last week after the found out that treatments had failed.

A friend of theirs set up an online fundraising page to help Cola and their two kids, Ralph and Pearl after Felix (what Glenny goes by) passes away.

Osborne donated the hefty sum and left a note on the page, "Dear Felix, from a survivor, never give up the fight and hope. God Bless you and your family. Love, Sharon Osbourne."

Glenny's fiance Cola says, "It has really put my mind at rest because I know I can look after my children now. I'm so grateful to everyone that's donated. To get a donation from Sharon Osbourne herself is incredible. It's a huge amount. I honestly can't believe the level of kindness that both friends and strangers have shown."
