Shane Sparks Out of Jail, Will Fight to Clear His Name
Shane Sparks posted bail last night ($590,000) and his lawyer said that Shane "knows he is innocent and will fight to clear his name." The lawyer claims that this is "extortion, Hollywood style" because the victim waited 15 years until Sparks became famous before coming forward.
