Shakira Reveals More About That Blake Shelton Duet

Shakira revealed last weekend that she and Blake Shelton had been in the studio recording a duet.

On Tuesday, she gave Ryan Seacrest some more information on the song.

"We just [recorded it] - it's a country, folk song," she said. "I kind of directed him. I wrote the song with some people from Nashville and I sent it to him and I was super-nervous. I was like, 'Oh my God. What's he going to think?' And he loved it. He said, 'Wow! This is exactly what you were talking about. I love this song,'"

The song will be on Shakira's new self-titled album, due out on March 25. In the meantime, you can catch both Shakira and Blake on the sixth season of The Voice, which premiers on February 24.
