Second 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' Teaser Is as Creepy as the First (VIDEO)

The first teaser trailer released for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 was creepy enough, taking the form of a PSA from President Snow that basically served as a threat to Katniss Everdeen not to fly too close to the proverbial sun. But now we have the second teaser trailer for The Hunger Games sequel is here, and it's...just as creepy as the first trailer.

It's yet another public service announcement (this one titled "Unity") in which President Snow reminds us that despite the controversy surrounding the Capitol, everything will be fine. No, really. We're totally not on the brink of civil war or the outbreak of a full-on revolution. As Snow reiterates, with his unsettlingly calm, authoritative cadence, "Panem is speaking with one voice." However, it's not all creepy Snow, as the very special public service announcement is interrupted by an exponentially more awesome public service announcement that sent chills down our spines.
