The Bachelor contestant Sean Lowe and his pick/fiance Catherine Giudici are headed down the aisle, and for the first time in Bachelor history, their wedding will be televised live.
This is most likely happening because 1. ratings and 2. the couple actually stayed together after the show aired.
The couple announced the news on Good Morning America, saying that their nuptials will be exchanged on January 26, 2014.
"Hopefully everything goes smoothly," Lowe told the hosts. "The Bachelor is such a cool experience because people at home feel like they know us and they're invested in our relationship."
He added, "We have no problem sharing the actual wedding with everyone who has been with us so far."
"I just want it to be fun and show our love. Other than that, I know that it's going to be a beautiful wedding," Guidici said of the ceremony. "We want some traditional type of ceremony that just kind of unifies us and then have a big party afterwards."
Among her twelve bridesmaids will be her former competitor Lesley Murphy.
Are your DVRs set? Admit it, if they could be set that far in advance they would be.
