Scotty McCreery's 'See You Tonight' Hits #1

Scotty McCreery's new sophomore record, See You Tonight, has hit #1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums this week.

Selling over 40,000 copies in its first week of sales, it also hit #6 on the Billboard 200 chart. It features the lead single of the same name, currently speeding up the charts with the renewed interest.

Scotty won American Idol in 2011 aged just 17, and the resulting debut album Clear As Day achieved platinum status and won Scotty several awards. Let's hope this album provides him with as much success!
