'Scandal' creator Shonda Rhimes says she knows how and when the show will end

While the Gladiators aren't anticipating the end of breakout series Scandal anytime soon, its creator, Shonda Rhimes has spoken out about what she thinks on the series' future.

In an interview with NPR, Rhimes said that the "political landscape" would possibly change before the time Scandal is over. Does this mean the show is good until at least 2016?

She then went on to say "But I feel like there is a finite amount of Scandal to be told. So I know what the end of Scandal will be, and I feel really good about that. And I can see where the end point is. And I don’t think I’m going to change that… I know how long I think it will be. But we’ll see."
