'Saving Christmas' Is Big Winner/Loser at the Razzie Awards 2015
The winners are in for the Razzie Awards 2015, although I'm not sure you could call being honored as the worst film of the year can really be called winning. But that hasn't stopped the Razzies from being held every year, singling out the worst movies, the worst performances, and the worst everything about films in a given year. The Golden Raspberry is handed out on the eve of the Academy Awards, so it was only a matter of time before the results rolled in.
And those results have revealed that, according to the Razzies, the worst film of 2014 was Kirk Cameron's Saving Christmas, which swept the awards with wins for Worst Picture, Worst Actor for Kirk Cameron, Worst Screenplay, and Worst Screen Duo for Kirk Cameron and his ego. However, he wasn't the only Cameron whose name came up in the awards ceremony, as Cameron Diaz was named Worst Actress for her work in The Other Woman and Sex Tape. Meanwhile, Michael Bay earned his second Razzie Award for Worst Director. He won his first for 2009's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, while his second now comes from its sequel, Transformers: Age of Extinction.
