Sarah Silverman Posts Failed NBC Pilot Online

Sarah Silverman has never had a problem making fun of herself. It sort of goes with the territory of being a comedian. So it's no surprise that she would post her own failed NBC pilot to YouTube, along with a self-effacing introduction.

“This isn’t like, ‘Can you believe they didn’t pick this up?!’” Silverman in the introduction. “It’s like, ‘They probably did the right thing, but we liked the show.’”

Susan 313 stars Silverman as Susan Farrow, a single woman who moves back into her old apartment building following a breakup. The cast includes fellow comedians Tig Notaro, June Diane Raphael, and Harris Wittels. Jeff Goldblum even makes an appearance! But be forewarned, some scenes are NSFW (as you can tell from the image above). You can watch the full pilot below via YouTube:

So what do you think? Should this have gotten a spot on the schedule alongside newcomers like The Michael J. Fox Show, and returning series like Parks and Recreation? Or was NBC right to pass on the series? Sound off in the comments!
