Sanjaya Malakar - You Really Got Me Grand Finale

Teen Pop Sensation Sanjaya Malakar steals the show on the American Idol Season 6 Grand Finale, just as we expected.

Someone mentioned last night that Sanjaya was "just" #7 and he gets an intro video and a solo number. Hopefully, #6, #5 and #4 were not too pissed. Gotta love the wind machine effect. Can't wait for the tour -- Fanjayas should all wear pony-hawks!

This also means that the UCLA-cheerleader clip posted by People was indeed a taping for a new reality show pilot since there was no sign of it in the show last night. And Bill Vendall... hmmm...

Go Sanjaya! Now that Idol is over... to the Universe and beyond!
