Sanjaya Malakar - Momjaya Chat

A person calling herself Mamajaya visited idolforums recently, unannounced, to answer some questions regarding Teen Pop Sensation Sanjaya Malakar. She kinda sounded like the real deal, but it's all unconfirmed right now. Plus, she claims she is the same Mamajaya in the scary boards (americanidol.com) who posted that shirtless picture of Sanjaya with his cousins, which I now realize were old pre-Idol pics that were taken from somebody's myspace account.

Personally, I am very skeptical that this was her, but this person did release some awesome factoids (with my comments):

1. Sanjaya is 5'11" and wears a size 10 shoe. (I don't know why some people made such a big deal about wanting to know his shoe size -- maybe some fans want to buy him shoes! Fans do that kind of thing. Tolen I have your back!)

2. He is signed with CAA. (One of those things that made me think she's not really Jillian. She's anonymous so it doesn't hold weight as a statement so why say it? And then if she's real, she probably wouldn't want to confirm this as "her" due to Idol contract issues, unless that has been waived for Sanjaya. In other words, confirmed nothing on her own, from a fact already confirmed by the media. Jillian was very deliberate when she talked to me about contract issues when I met her.)

3. The UCLA thing was an inside thing for the school. (Okay, that's new. Maybe she really is Jillian. But then why did People say it was for a reality show?)

4. We have two adopted nephews who have had brain cancer, one who is fighting for his life right now. (So there are two little brojayas. But then anybody close to their family will know this.)

Rickey's verdict: Not her.
