Sanjaya Malakar - Mohegan Sun
Ah yes, the good old days...
Sanjaya Malakar had a mini-concert at the Mohegan Sun shopping mall this week. The Fanjayas were present (some coming all the way from Florida), and the crowd was almost the same size as what Ace Young had a few weeks ago.
He sang two original songs: "Quintessential Lullaby" and "You Ain't Never Met a Guy Like Me". Yay! I hope the single is released soon! He also sang "Mercedes Benz" which was the song he originally picked for country week, but had to settle for "Something to Talk About" due to car sponsor conflicts on American Idol (Ford).
During the autograph signing, Sanjaya gave an enthusiastic "Comfort Fedoke" to 150 Rickey TV addicts listening to our American Idols Live! Tour cellcast. Yay! Sanjaya Fedoke FTW!
I also talked to Momjaya and Sanjaya's manager, and we discussed what was in store for Sanjaya. I am very excited. I believe! Sanjaya recently moved to New York City, so I will be on the lookout.

Thanks Dimples for the pictures! (And for paying for most of the now infamous cab ride back to New York...)
Go Sanjaya Malakar! Go Fanjayas!
