A reporter interviewing Samuel L. Jackson accidentally asked the actor about his Super Bowl commercial, proving that he thinks SLJ is Laurence Fishburne.

It was super awkward.

Even more awkward, when the reporter tries to change the topic, Mace Windu is completely unwilling to let it go, schooling the host about which black men are the spokesmen for which companies.

For example, he's not Morgan Freeman, Laurence Fishburne or that gentleman who turns off his entire house with his iPad when his children prove to be incompetent.

You can watch the entire uncomfortable exchange above in which Samuel L. Jackson remains a pretty good sport about the whole thing despite the circumstances.

Still, we'd be totally cool if Nick Fury was the one who ended up taking down Hannibal.
