Sam Callahan – The X Factor UK – Exit Interview

After an intense sing-off with fellow category-mate Luke Friend, Sam Callahan was eliminated from The X Factor UK. Callahan discussed his elimination on The Xtra Factor, the friendships he's formed with the remaining contestants, and his "tiffs with Mr. Barlow." He also takes calls from fans, and answers which of the remaining acts he'd like to see win The X Factor. Check out the full exit interview below:

Sam Callahan is such a good guy. Sure, I've never really cared for him as a performer on the show, but he just seems like such a down-to-Earth, decent kid that even during his worst performances, it was hard for me to dislike him or to begrudge him his continued advancement in the competition. It was past his time to go, but he's such a humble guy that I almost wish it wasn't. (Almost. Come on now, I'm not crazy)
