Ryan Lochte Injured by Overexcited Fan

What would Ryan Lochte do if a fan of his came barreling at him full speed? Well apparently he would get injured. Also, you should never base your life on WWRLD?

Also, also, we don't mean that type of fan.

The Olympic swimmer was in Florida when a fan ran at him, knocking him to the ground. They fell and while the girl was unharmed, Lochte smashed his left knee on the curb.

As a statement by his publicist explained: "As a result of a freak injury caused by an unexpected fan encounter, Ryan has suffered a torn MCL and an ACL sprain and will be taking a break from training and competition."

"His medical team expects hims to make a full and speedy recovery and Ryan thanks everyone for their well wishes."

If only he had a reality show on E! to keep himself and the world entertained with his inability to function in society in the interim. Oh well. Thanks a lot, Obama.
