Rose McGowan To Return To 'Once Upon A Time' - Spoilers

Some more Once Upon A Time season 3 scoop is slowly being revealed! The latest being that Rose McGowan will be returning to the show as Young Cora. You may recall we met Cora, Regina's mother, back in season 2 in the episode "The Miller's Daughter".

The older, present day version of Cora was played by Barbara Hershey until the character met her demise in that same episode.

So, naturally, the question is, how and why will Cora be returning?

All that is known about Rose's return is that she will be appearing in the 18th episode of season 3. We have to assume she'll be appearing in a flashback but...why?

Will we learn more about her history with Rumple (Robert Carlyle)? Does she have anything to do with the upcoming SPOILER ALERT departure of a beloved character?

Only time will tell.

Once Upon A Time returns to ABC on March 19th.
