Ron Artest - Naked Picture Hits The Internet

Ron Artest is the latest victim of Twitter and text misuse. Deadspin reports that he's been sexting a girl -- who sent them a picture of his peen that he had sent her. When they tried to contact Artest about sexting athletes (not specifically about the picture), he freaked out on Twitter. (Guilty much?)
