Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones both to exit 'Parks and Recreation'
Two of Parks and Recreation's biggest stars are leaving! Bye bye Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones.
Lowe, who joined the show in season 2, and Jones who has been a main star since the show's beginning will both leave in the middle of the sixth season. They portray the on-screen couple, Chris and Ann. Their departure will likely happen during February sweeps.
Jones, with her Celeste & Jesse Forever writing partner Will McCormack, closed a deal to with Warner Bros. Television to write and produce comedy and drama projects for both cable and network TV. Lowe will star in National Geographic's upcoming Killing Kennedy adaptation.
