Rihanna is Willing to Mock Her Fans on Twitter, But Not the LAPD - PHOTOS

Rihanna has no qualms about mocking her own fans on Twitter, but she's a little more hesitant about doing it to the LAPD.

It all started when a 16-year-old RiRi fan went to her prom (which was Hollywood themed) dressed in a replica of a dress Rihanna once wore.

Unfortunately for Alexis Carter, when the photos started circulating the internet she was dubbed "Prom Bat," Photoshopped for filth and the mocking began.

Including from Rihanna herself.

"I was very offended," Carter said of Rihanna's response. "Why throw shade on it when you had on the exact same thing. The poses was different but the outfit wasn't."

"She don't love her fans like she says she does."

Who she does love however is the LAPD.

Rihanna was posing for a selfie with L.A. Police Commission President Steve Soboroff's phone when she dropped it, cracking the screen.

When the pair ran into each other again he asked her to autograph it so he could sell it as a Los Angeles Police Foundation fundraiser.

She kindly did and then apologized profusely, making a $25,000 donation to the organization.

The phone is currently up on eBay and has a bid of $62,520.69 as of the time of this writing.

Prom Bat on the other hand is not faring quite so well.
