Rickey TV - American Idols Live! Tour - Call for Cellcasters

Thank you everyone for supporting this "project" which happened by accident after I asked Simone, our Archey Reporter in Arizona, to call us for the first ever Rickey TV cellcast. The sound then was not as good as some of the ones we've listened to over the past few weeks, but it was arguably the best show we had. It certainly lived up to the hype: "Best Worst Show Ever". Who knew that Simone's cellphone -- static and all with a lasagna lady to boot -- could bring hundreds of American Idol fans for one night to support their favorites? Every week we learned which phones and "strategies" worked best -- is there an annoying usher around? why not floor or pursecast! -- and we've definitely become one big dysfunctional family in the Rickey TV chatroom.

But alas, all good things must come to an end and there are just 15 shows remaining. If you are interested in becoming a cellcaster for the remaining shows, please e-mail me at rickey AT rickey DOT org. I share the sentiments of the David Archuleta, David Cook, Jason Castro, Michael Johns and Carly Smithson fans out there who feel we should make these last few shows count.
