Rick Perry Says Economic Crisis Is God Teaching Us A Lesson

Yes! I love the economic crisis! It's going to bring us back to god! Woohoo!

How come when bad things happen to us, it is always "god teaching us a lesson" with some Christians? When a child in Africa is dying of starvation, some Christians think that god is teaching that child a lesson for something he or she did. God is so awesome that way!

I really hope Sarah Palin beats this guy in the GOP nomination. He's so creepy.

From YouTube:

Texas Governor Rick Perry tells James Robison that we are going through an economic crisis for a purpose so that the nation will return to biblical principles and free the citizens from their slavery to the government.
