Well, this sure is something. If this picture wasn't labeled, I'd have no idea that it was Renee Zellweger. The Bridget Jones actress stepped out recently at a documentary screening looking unrecognizable. Has the actress gone overboard on the plastic surgery?

She doesn't look bad. Just different.

Perhaps known for her eyes, that seems to be the one thing Renee was keen to change.
