Renee Zellweger appears in public four months after Plastic Surgery rumors - PHOTOS

Renee Zellweger stepped out in public again after four months of seclusion after the world discovered she had a new face.

Well her face is still different from what we knew from such films as Cold Mountain, Bridget Jones's Diary and Chicago. Oh well. There are some glimpses of her old face, but it's definitely new. Sour face is gone people! She had plastic surgery just for you, you bullies.

Zellweger attended the UCSF Medical Center and The Painted Turtle Present A Starry Evening of Music, Comedy & Surprises at Davies Symphony Hall on March 10, 2014 in San Francisco, California.

Take a look at these pictures from the red carpet and at the hall where Renee gave a speech.
