Ratings: 'The Voice' premiere wins Monday - 2/25/2014

The Voice 2014 Season 6 premiere had a 4.7 adult rating on Monday and 15.86 million viewers, the #1 and most watched show of the night.

The rating is down slightly from last Spring's 4.8 rating and it is the most watched show for The Voice since 2012.

How I Met Your Mother had a 3.6 rating and 9.28 million viewers.

The Bachelor had a 2.5 rating and 8.17 million viewers.

Almost Human had a 1.6 rating and 5.27 million viewers.

Star Crossed had a 0.3 rating and 1.14 million viewers.

The Following had a 1.6 rating and 4.61 million viewers.

The Blacklist had a 3.1 rating and 11.18 million viewers.

Castle had a 1.7 rating and 8.69 million viewers.

Intelligence had a 1.2 rating and 5.41 million viewers.

So far so good for The Voice! Hopefully it stays stable for the next few weeks which is what we all hope for.

Note that this is the same rating for the American Idol premiere this season (4.7 and 15.19 million viewers). However, Idol shed almost two million viewers the following day -- and has dropped steadily over one month. Idol is now down to 9.3 million viewers.

Will The Voice experience the same trend tonight?
