Ratings: So You Think You Can Dance wins Thursday

8.667 million tuned-in to the last 30 minutes of the SYTYCD premiere last night.

SYTYCD is up from last Fall's premiere, but down from last Summer's premiere. Omigosh.

From TVbytheNumbers:

The premiere of Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance skipped easily above the mostly repeat competition on the first night of broadcast primetime summer, while the series finale of Flash Forward tied its series low adults 18-49 rating.

The 3.0 adults 18-49 rating for the premiere of So You Think You Can Dance was up 11% from its Fall 2009 premiere, but down 12% from its summer cycle premiere ratings last May.
