Though FOX was the number one network in adults 18-49, NBC tops with total viewers thanks to the Healing in the Heartland tornado relief benefit concert, organized by country music star Blake Shelton.
Healing in the Heartland earned a 1.9 adults 18-49 rating, which is the network’s best time period performance since January 9. Prior to the concert, NBC Dateline scored a Wednesday season high with a 1.6, a 14 percent improvement from last Wednesday’s 1.4.
Meanwhile, over on FOX, MasterChef remained even with last week's premiere, earning a 2.2 adults 18-49 rating.
On ABC, Family Tools served up a series low 1.0, down 17 percent from the 1.2 adults 18-49 rating for its most recent episode on May 15. How To Live With Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life) also delivered series low numbers, scoring a 1.3 rating, which is down 38 percent from last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating. The premiere of The Lookout earned a 1.1 adults 18-49 rating.
Lastly, CBS had a rough night. The premiere of The American Baking Competition earned a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating, down 23 percent from the 1.3 for the premiere of Dogs In The City in the same time slot last year. This ranks as CBS’s lowest rated Wednesday debut ever.
