Ratings: DWTS most watched on Monday, Two and Half Men on top

A great start to the shows we watched last night: Dancing with the Stars, The Event and Hawaii Five-0. The second hour of Dancing with the Stars was watched by 21.87 million with a 4.8 rating.

From TVbytheNumbers:

ABC won the night with adults 18-49 and total viewers with both Dancing with the Stars and Castle up 22% in adults 18-49 vs. last year’s premieres.

CBS... It might have hoped for better with Hawaii Five-0 which was down more than 10% from last year’s premiere of CSI: Miami with adults 18-49 (3.8 vs. 4.3).

NBC... The Event premiered to a 3.7, and while NBC and fans might have hoped for a bit better, it could’ve been worse. It was NBC’s best non-olympic performance in the time slot since February 2, 2009 and it rose from a 3.5 rating with adults 18-49 in the first half hour to a 3.9 in the second half hour.
