Ratings: Big Brother beats America's Got Talent and SYTYCD

Big Brother wins again! BB13 scored a 2.7 rating to win Wednesday night, beating America's Got Talent which had a 2.4 and the Part 1 finale of So You Think You Can Dance which had a 1.9.

FOX still won the night overall. Univision was the second highest rated network with the USA vs. Mexico soccer match getting a 1.7.

I really don't know what happened with ratings this season for SYTYCD. If shows like Big Brother can grow and AGT holding steady despite some grueling performances, then there must be something going on with the SYTYCD product. They tried everything though with high-profile guest judges and all-star dancers. Maybe it's time to stick with what really works: Mediocrity!

From TVbytheNumbers:

So You Think You Can Dance performance finale was up 6% from last week to a 1.9 adults 18-49 rating.

America’s Got Talent slipped a tenth to a 2.4 adults 18-49 rating.

Big Brother was up 8% to a 2.7 adults 18-49 rating.
